This program is designed as an add-on to your current practice schedule to be done ON YOUR OWN TIME.  This training program gives your programming to improve your skills during the season you can perform outside of practice!

This Program Includes:

  • 4-Weeks of Intensive Online Programming (4-5 Workouts/Week)

    • Perform workouts at your own pace​

  • Video Demonstrations

  • Drills, Concepts, and Techniques developed by renowned Professional Player Development Coach, Taylor Wayer, and proven effective at the highest levels of the game

- 4 years of NCAA Division I Playing Experience

- 2013 Big Ten Conference Champion

- 2 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 Appearances

- Holds multiple single season, and school records for IU Basketball weight-lifting

- 3-time Academic All-Big Ten selection

High School - Bishop Chatard

- Indianapolis All-City Selection

- Finished Top 25 in the state of Indiana for 3-point Field Goal Percentage twice (2009 & 2010)
